TO REGISTER AND PAY BY CREDIT CARD

You can create a PayPal account if you wish to, but it's not necessary. To pay without opening
a PayPal account, fill in "Item" and "Unit Price" (always in US Dollars). Then, at the bottom left,
where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?" click "Continue."
Then fill in all the information and click "Review order and continue."
If the shipment page appears, put the dot in the "No Shipment" circle and click "Continue."

Please do not send checks in Canadian dollars.
If you are in a country other than the US and cannot pay by credit card, purchase an international money order
in US dollars or enfold dollars in several business-size sheets of paper and mail them registered or certified.
